Dear Mr. Brennan:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its special meeting of August 20, 1998, gave approval
for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a residential building at 110 Niederwerfer Road, as more
specifically shown on plans entitled "Chase Farms"prepared by Luchs Associates,Project#A95-61-T1, Sheet
No. 6/15 dated June 1, 1996, revised June 1, 1996;July 12, 1996; and August 9, 1996, and subject to the
following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification of
the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Connection shall be made to the manhole on Niederwerfer Road
4. Payment of sewer assessment is contingent upon determination by town staff as to whether any
assessment is required.
5. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
