Dear Mr. Patria:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of May 5, 1998, granted
approval of your request to install a sewer line to a future residential building at 565 Nevers Road and
defer the assessment of prorated sewer user charge for same, subject to the following conditions:
1. Sewer line will be capped and unused.
2. Billing of prorated sewer user charge shall be deferred until a date no later than thirty(30)days
after the date the applicant's plumbing contractor takes out a permit for internal plumbing work.
