Dear Mr. Corriveau:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its special meeting of August 20, 1998,gave approval
for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a residential building at 84 Miller Road, as more specifically
shown on plans entitled U and E Building Serv. -- 84 Miller Road--Sewer Hookup"prepared by John F.
O'Dierna, Drawings No. 1/2 and 2/2, undated, no revisions, and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based apon the written verification of
the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Manhole shall be lowered one foot(1').
4. Installation shall be done so as to provide support for and stabilize the telephone pole.
5. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
