Dear Ms. Isherwood:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of June 4,2002,gave
approval for the connection to the To«n's sewerage system of a 2 lot subdivision located at Long Hill Rd.
and Burnham St., South Windsor, CT, as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Plot Plan"prepared
by Design Professionals, Drawing No. 3,Project No. 1535, dated 3-29-02, with revision dated 4-26-02 and
Drawing No. 4, entitled Topographic Plan", dated 3-29-02 with revision dated 4-26-02 and subject to the
following conditions:
I. Payment of all MDC assessment and outlet charges.
2. Approval of the easement by the Town Attorney.
-. Cleanouts located at 100 ft. intervals.
4• Technical approval of the TO«n Engineering Department.
5. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
The sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
Verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
