Dear Mr. Semprebon:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of January 7,2003,gave
approval for the connection of property,located at 11 Long Hill Road,South Windsor, CT,to the sewer
system located in East Hartford, CT,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Estate of Richard 0.
Kibbe—Resubdivision Plan—Topographic Map"prepared by Design Professionals,Inc., South Windsor,
CT, Project No. 1656,Drawing No. 3/3,dated 10-23-02,revised 11-15-02 and 11-09-02, and subject to the
following conditions: ,
1. Connection permit must be obtained from MDC.
2. Payment of outlet charges and sewer assessment imposed by the MDC must be paid.
3. Street cut permit must be obtained from the Town of East Hartford.
4. Permit must be obtained from the Town of South Windsor.
5. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
6. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
The sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
Verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
