Dear Mr.Doolittle:
- The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of October 7, 2008, approved the
application as presented for Phase I of the Lawrence Road Sewer Project for the connection to the Town's
sewerage system, as more specifically shown on plans entitled: "Lawrence Road Sewer Phase 1" Prepared
by Robert Grillo, Project Engineer, Town of South Windsor, CT; "North Plan & Profile", Sheet 1 of 2,
Contract No.: 07-805,Dated: 10-02-08. This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the sewer
line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification of the Town
staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans approved
by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to
sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
