Design Professionals,Inc. 16 South Satellite Road South Windsor,CT 06074 RE: Holcombe Subdivision Kelly Road South Windsor,CT Dear Mr.Ellison: The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of November 7,2001,gave approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a residential subdivision on Kelly Road, South Windsor,CT,as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Topographic Plan",prepared by Design Professionals,Inc.,South Windsor,CT,Project No.574,Drawing No(s)1,dated 8-01-01,revised 10-30-01, and subject to the following conditions: 1. The two-(2)connections to the Kelly Road sewer line are connected with Y's located no closer than two(2)feet apart. 2. An easement be obtained and approved by the Town Attorney,with no liability being placed with the Town of South Windsor. 3. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department. 4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
