Dear Mr.Mannarino:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of April 6,12004,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a 12-lot residential subdivision,located on
Joseph Lane,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Joseph Lane Estates—Topographic and
Conservati6n Plan"and shown as Phase 2 on plans prepared by Alford Associates,Inc.,Drawing No.4
dated 1-30-04,•revised 2-12-04,34-04 and 3-8-04 and subject to the following conditions:
1. - .This approval excludes Phase 1 (Lots 13, 14, 15)which has been designated open space.
2.. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
-the sewer line has been-installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the�design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
