Dear Mr. Torcellini:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of
September 3, 1996, gave approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system
of a commercial building at John Fitch Boulevard (Route 5) and Pleasant Valley
Road, as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Dunkin' Donuts," as prepared
by Gardner & Peterson Associates, dated June 14, 1996, and subject to the following
conditions:
1. Approval of the Town Engineer.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage
connection will be given once the sewer line has been installed and
inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification of
the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the
Authority, and m-1ting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Installation of an exterior grease/oil separator meeting standards
established by the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental
Protection (copies available in W.P.C.A. office).
4. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval
plans.
