Dear Mr.McNulty:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its special meeting of July 11,2000,gave
approval for connection of a second sewer line from the proposed building addition to the existing
separator as shown on drawings entitled "Site Plan-G&R Marine,L.L.C. - 1535 John Fitch Boulevard-
South Windsor-Connecticut-290-7855"prepared by J.R. Russo&Associates,East Windsor, CT,
Sheet 1 of 3 dated 4-6-00,revised 5-3-00, 6-13-00, and 6-19-00,and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Pipe size to be at least 4"or as approved by the Town Engineering Department.
4. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
