RE: SEWER CONNECTION - TOBACCO VALLEY SANITATION, IDENT ROAD
Dear Mr. Lucek:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its
regular meeting of September 19, 1995, gave approval for the
connection to the sanitary sewer system on Strong Road of
property owned by Tobacco Valley Sanitation on Indent Road as
detailed on plans entitled "Property of Tobacco Valley
Sanitation Ident Road South Windsor" dated 10/22/94 , revised
4/12/95 and 7/14/95, as prepared by E.S . I . Environmental
Consultants, and subject to the following conditions :
1 . Town Engineering technical approval .
2 . Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary
sewerage connection will be given once the sewer line
has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and
based upon the written verification of the Town staff
that said sanitary sewer line was installed in
substantial conformance with the design plans
previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all
Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3 . Planning and Zoning Commission approval is obtained.
4 . A clean-out be provided at the point of juncture
between two 6 " PVC pipes as shown on Sheet 1 of 1 of
the aforementioned engineering plans .
5 . Owner obtain a General Permit from DEP for the
installation and maintenance of the grit/oil separator,
and that all DEP comments and recommendations be
included in proposed plans . Town to be provided with a
copy of permit.

6 . The applicant will pay all appropriate sewer assessment
charges .
7 . This approval letter must be superimposed on the final
approval plans .
