RE: Tobacco Valley Sanitation—38 Ident Road—Approval to Connect
Dear Ms.Isherwood:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of June 5,2001,gave
approval for the connection of an industrial building to the Town's sewerage system,which will replace a
failed septic system,for Tobacco Valley Sanitation,located at 38 Ident Road,specifically shown on plans
prepared by Design Professionals,Inc.,South Windsor,Cr,Job.#97-1010 as more specifically shown on
plans entitled"Tobacco Valley Sanitation,Inc.—Sanitary Plan",Sheet 1/1 entitled"Sanitary Plan",dated
April 11,200,with no revisions,and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification
of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
