Dear Dr. Kuehn:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of
October 15, 1996, gave approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of
a residential 1-lot resubdivision at Greenwood Drive, as more specifically shown on
plans entitled "Resubdivision Plan - Land of Paul Kuehn - Mountain Laurel Estates
- South Windsor, CT," as prepared by Gardner & Peterson Associates, 178 Hartford
Turnpike, Tolland, CT, dated 6/12/96, revised 8/12/96 and 9/12/96, and subject to
the following conditions:
1. Approval of the Town Engineer.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage
connection will be given once the sewer line has been installed and
inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification of
the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the
Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Determination of status of the lot sewer assessment.
4. Sewer easement documents are subject to review and approval of the
Town Attorney.

5. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval
plans.
