Dear Mr. Black:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of April 6, 1999, gave
approval to discharge to the Town's sewerage system a maximum of 1,000 gallons per day of process
wastewater generated from the operation of a reverse osmosis process at 195 Governors Highway, as
described in documents faxed on March 31, 1999 to C. Fred. Shaw, Superintendent of Pollution
Control by Chris Ecsedy, Fuss & O'Neill, to be contingent upon your obtaining from the State of
Connecticut DEP a General Permit for Wastewater discharge.
