This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans. Fuss & O'Neill, Inc. has prepared a General Permit Registration for Water Treatment Wastewater for submission to the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection. IFC plans to install a second reverse osmosis unit to treat raw water (supplied by the South Windsor Public Water Supply)for industrial processes at their 100 Bidwell Road, South Windsor,CT Facility. The Wastewater will consist of reject RO water (concentrated wastewater) and will be directed to the sanitary sewer (the South Windsor Water Pollution Control Facility). The maximum and average discharge flows will be approximately 1,400 and 50 gallons per day, respectively. To complete the registration, approval in the form of a letter must be received from an authorized official associated with the receiving Water Pollution Control Facility. Therefore,please include this application and associated registration at the agenda for the next WPCA meeting.
