Dear Mr. Steele:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of May 7,2002,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a commercial building at 301 Governors
Highway,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Site Plan"prepared by J.R.Russo Associates,
Project No.2004-086,Drawing No(s)3, dated 10-18-01,with no revisions, and subject to the following
conditions:
1. Connection be made at the top of the pipe to the lateral per recommendation by Town of South
Windsor Engineering Department.
2. An easement for the property adjacent to the new addition must be obtained and approval of this
easement by the Town Attorney if necessary.
3. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
The sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written
Verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
