Dear Ms. Isherwood:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at is regular meeting of December 6, 2005, gave
approval for the connection of a sewer main on Executive Court along with laterals as shown on plans
entitled "Executive Court, Re-subdivision, Governor's Highway, South Windsor, Connecticut", Prepared
by Design Professionals, Inc, South Windsor, CT; Topographic Plan/Job No.: 0738, Drawing No.:
server/jobs/0738/738-topo.dwg; Sheet No.: 415/8, Dated 2/7/05, with revisions dates of 9/8/05, 10/4/05,
10/27/05. All the other properties will be connected to the sewers at a future date with laterals and
monitoring manholes when development plans are more fully advanced; and subject to the following
conditions:
1. Meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary
sewer construction.
2. Final approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission
3. If there is any change in the project, other than originally presented, it must be brought back
to the Authority for further approval.
4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given
once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the
written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all
Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer
construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
