I reside and own my property at 39 Foster Street South Windsor. On May 23, 2006 I was approved by the South Windsor planning department to open my small business at my home. This is a major home occupation. I provide services such as haircutting and haircoloring and occationally a permanant wave. I anticipate 2- eight shampoos a day 4 days a week. ( I have one sink ) It will be just myself doing hair although I am approved to have one employee( possibly in future). The chemicals I intend to use are as follows: CHI Ionic permanent shine hair color (ammonia free) (average 1 ounce per application) Mixed with: CHI 20 (creme)volume developer (average 1 oz per application) This color I use smells good and it more envirmentally safe than most of the professional hair coloring products in my market. The other chemical I intend to use is Kaleidocolors (made by Clairol proffesionals)this will be mixed with either 20 or 30 volume creme developer A developer is Hydrogen Peroxide and is deeded to cover grey hair or lift hair color to a different color level. Hair color is derived from plants. The only gross chemical I would anticipate to use and it would be definatley only done once a month because it is out of style would be a permanate wave, and I but the ISO wave (option 2). The shampoos and conditioners I use are Back to Basics. If you have any questions I can answer them for you on June 6th. And I will bring ingredients! Thank you so much, Wendy Crocker
