HomeMy WebLinkAboutWPCA Fitch Meadow Lane q0MN S 4 w� 1540 SULLIVAN AVENUE SOUTH WINDSOR, CONN. 06074 �J��SORTO AREA CODE 203/644-2511 April 8, 1999 Mr. Andre Charbonneau C & C Developers/Marsh Enterprises LLC,J.V. 55 Sandra Drive South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Fitch Meadow,Lots 32 and 33 Fitch Meadow Lane SOUTH WINDSOR, CT Dear Mr. Charbonneau: The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of April 6, 1999, gave approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of two residential buildings at Fitch Meadow, in accordance with drawings entitled "Fitch Meadow Lots 32& 33 -John Fitch Boulevard-Route 5 - South Windsor"prepared by J&R Russo&Associates, East Windsor, CT, Project No. 96080, Sheets 1-4 dated Nov. 14, 1996,revised March 26, 1999, and subject to the following conditions: 1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department. 2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction. 3. Responsibility for the existing 6" sewer line shall be accepted, in writing, by the homeowners' association. 4. A property-to-property easement, in a form acceptable to the Town Attorney, shall be written for the lateral that crosses property lines. Mr. Andre Charbonneau - 2 - April 8, 1999 5.
