Dear Mr. McGee:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its special meeting of August 20, 1998, gave approval
for the connection to the Burnham Street sewer of a commercial building at 125 Ellington Road, as more
specifically shown on plans entitled "Output Technologies --Site Plan of Development-- 125 Ellington Road--
South Windsor, Connecticut," Sheet No. 2/5,Plot Plan labeled"Property Survey Resurvey prepared for DST
Realty, Inc. --Ellington Road--South Windsor, Connecticut" by Design Professionals, Inc., South Windsor,
Connecticut, Job No. 98-1115,dated 8/l/98,no revisions, and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification of
the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. The WPCA shall make a determination as to whether the sewer line is a building lateral/building sewer
or a cross-country main line sewer.
4. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
