Dear Ms.Schuler:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of October 7,2003,gave
approval for the connection of a residential subdivision at Ellington Road,South Windsor,CT,to the
Town's sewerage system,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Topographic Plan/Sedimentation&
Erosion Control Plan"prepared by Design Professionals,Inc.,Project No 1423,Drawing No(s)3,dated 7-
22-03,revised 9-3-03,and subject to the following conditions:
1. _Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
_-_ The_sewer-line-has-been-installed.and inspected-by the Town-staff,and based-upon-the written
Verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
