Dear Mr. Nelson:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of
January 16, 1996, gave approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system
of a commercial building at 60 Deming Street as more specifically shown on plans
entitled "Daniel S. Freeman Et Al, 60 Deming Street, South Windsor, Connecticut"
as prepared by Messier & Associates, Inc. dated 10/95, Revised 11/28/95, Project No.
95-156, and subject to the following conditions:
1. Town Engineering technical approval.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage
connection will be given once the sewer line has been installed and
inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification of
the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the
Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Application is approved as a commercial enterprise, with the sewer
connection fees to be assessed in accordance with commercial
requirements and fees.
4. In accordance with all Town Engineering Department requirements.
5. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval
plans.
