RE: Deming Hill Estates,Section 6-Approval to Connect
Dear Ms.Isherwood:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of June 5,2001,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system for a subdivision known as Deming Hill
Estates,Section 6,located at Deming Street,South Wndsor,CT shown on plans prepared by Design
Professionals,Inc.,South Windsor,CT Job.#90-514&more specifically shown on plans entitled
"Deming Hill Estates,Open Space Subdivision—Sections 6A&6B",Project#90-514,Sheet#2entitled
"Compliation Plan Key Map",dated January 2001,with no revisions;Sheets#10,11,and 12 entitled"Plan
and Profile"dated March 16,2001 with no revisions,and subject to the following conditions:
1. A letter from the Town of Manchester stating their approval of the plans and their request for
relocation the manhole to the Manchester town line for their maintenance
2. Review of the easements,by the Town Attorney for properties which require them
3. Lot 55 will have a minimum slope of 1%to assure a 2%foot per second flow
4. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department
5. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification
of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
