RE: Gateway Plaza,LLC—Approval to Connect
Dear Mr.Finn:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of March 5,2002,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of commercial buildings known as Gateway
Plaza,LLC, located at Deming Street,Manchester,CT,in accordance with plans prepared by VHB,Inc.,
Middletown, CT,Job No.40373.00 as more specifically shown on plans entitled,"Materials and Utilities
Plan",Drawing No. C-4,dated 1-05-01,with revisions dated 3-29-01,4-11-01,9-19-01, 10-30-01, 11-23-
01, 12-07-0.1, 1-03-02, 1-21-02,2-18-02;"Site Details 4",dated 1-05-01,with revisions dated 3-29-01, 10-
30-01, 12-07-01, 12-20-01;"Existing Conditions Plan,Parcel A",dated 1-05-01,with revisions dated 1-11-
01, 1-25-01,3-29-01,and subject to the following conditions:
1. Connection charge in the amount of$15,960 be paid at the time the permit is issued.
2. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
