Dear Ms.Isherwood:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of March 5,2002,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a residential subdivision known as Pond
Estates at Red Rock, Section 7,Deming Hill Estates,South Windsor,CT,as more specifically shown on
plans entitled"Plan/Profile Red Rock Lane",prepared by Design Professionals,Inc.,Job No. 90-514,
Drawing No. 6,dated 1-24-02,with no revisions,and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
