RE: Deming Hill Estates—Section 6—approval to connect
Dear Mr. Semprebon:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of July 31,2001,gave
approval for the connection,of a residential subdivision known as Deming Hill Estates—Section 6 to the
Town's sewerage system as more specifically shown on map entitled"Deming Hill Estates,Sections 6A&
6B,Topographic Map"Job#90-514,Sheet No. 1,dated 7-25-01 with no revisions;as a result of this
connection the sewer line is re-approved at a lower level to accommodate the flow from Section 6 and
subject to the following conditions:
1. Subject to the technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department.
1. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification
of the Town staff that.said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
