RE: Conceptual Approval Sewer Extension
Lot 31/32 Cornerstone Dr.
Dear Mr.Mannarino:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of December 4,2001,gave
conceptual approval for the installation of a private and capped cross country sewer line connecting to the
Town's sewerage system between two residential lots located at Lot 31 and 32 Cornerstone Dr., South
Windsor,CT,as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Proposed Mannarino's Subdivision"for
Mannarino Builders,South Windsor,CT prepared by Alford Associates, Inc.,Windsor,CT Project 01-
45P,Drawing No 2,dated 10-31-2001,with no revisions and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. The sewer line shall be inspected by the Town staff,and shall be installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance will be given once the sewer easement in favor of the
Town has been reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
