Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department. 2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction. 3. A connection charge of$2,722.50 based on 1.089 acres be paid at the time the permit is issued This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans. Very truly yours, Z/.
