RE: 11-Lot Subdivison on Charing Road
Dear Mr. Bazzano:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its
regular meeting on May 17, 1994, approved the 11-Lot Subdivision on
Charing Road as detailed on plans entitled Charing Road Extension,
Plan #92-646 Dated 3/17/94, Engineer - Design. Professionals subject
to the following conditions :
1 . Town Engineering technical approval obtained;
2 . Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary
sewerage connection will be given once the sewer has been
installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon
the written verification of the Town staff that said
sanitary sewer was installed by the developer in
substantial conformance with the design plans previously
approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications
relating to sanitary sewer construction; and

3 . This approval letter must be superimposed into the final
approval plans .
