Dear Mr. LeClair:
The Town of South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at
the meeting of July 10, 1990, reviewed and approved the above
referenced application to extend sewers to serve a proposed site
development in accordance with plans prepared by Design
Professionals titled "Law Offices Prepared for Jon D. Berman &
Frank W. Russo, " dated 5/21/90, and subject to the following
conditions:
1 . Subject to Town staff technical approval.
2 . Location of sewer and manhole shall be in
accordance with the Town's plans to reconstruct
Clark Street.
-3 . Sanitary sewer manhole shall be located in the
center of the proposed reconstructed Clark Street.
4 . This approval letter shall be affixed to the final
set of mylars and filed with the Town of South
Windsor.
