Dear Mr. Lawrence:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of
January 21, 1997, gave approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system
of a 7-lot residential subdivision at Clark Street, as more specifically shown on plans
entitled "Fairfield Homes - Subdivision Topographic Plan," as prepared by John J.
Lawrence Associates, dated 9-15-95, including revisions numbered 1 through 6
dated 11-10-95, 11-29-94, 1-2-96, 3-14-96, 3-28-96, and 7-2-96, respectively, and subject
to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineer.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage
connections will be given once the sewer lines have been installed and
inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification of
the Town staff that said sanitary sewer lines were installed in
substantial conformance with the design plans previously approved by
the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Laterals crossing the street to the gravity sewer line must meet all
town, MDC, and state technical requirements for distances from other
subsurface utility items.
4. Property will be subject to a sewer benefit assessment.

5. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval
plans.
