RE: Rockville Bank—Approval to Connect
Dear Mr.Cerkanowicz:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of June 5,2001,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a commercial building known as Rockville
Bank,located at the conger of Clark and Deming St.,South Windsor;shown on plans prepared by Fuss&
O'Neill,Inc.,Manchester,CT.,Job.#97546 as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Key Map",
Sheet#2,dated 10-2000,with revisions dated 5-11-01 and Sheet#3 entitled"Property Survey",dated 10-
2000,with revisions dated 3-23-01,4-23-01 and 5-11-01;and subject to the following conditions:
1. Connection charge in the amount of$2,800.based on an area of 1 acre is payable at the time the
permit is issued.
4. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department
5. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification
of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
