Dear Ms. Carlson:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its special meeting of December 17,2002,gave
approval for the connection of a commercial property to the Town's sewerage system on Clark St., South
Windsor, CT,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Town of South Windsor Gateway Trunk
Sewer-Sanitary Sewer Design"prepared by Fuss&O'Neill,Inc.,Manchester, CT,Project No.
000481.X10,Drawing No(s) 1 dated August 2002,revised 5/25/01 and 11/12/02 and subject to the
following conditions:
1. Additional conditions as show in memorandum from Town staff dated 11/27/02 must be satisfied.
2. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
3. Approval of South Windsor Inland/Wetlands Agency and Army Corp of Engineers.
4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
