Dear Ms. Meyer:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of February 7, 2006, gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system for proposed residential home located at 825
Clark Street, as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Thomas R. & Sara G. Fraize,
Subdivision/Special Exception, 825 Clark Street, South Windsor, Connecticut", Prepared by Design
Professionals, Inc., Job No.: 1978, Sheet No.: 3/4 ."Topographic Plan", Dated 12%02/05 with revision
dates 1/17/06, 1/26/06 also Sheet No.:4/4. "Detail", Dated 12/02/05' with revision dates 1/17/06,
1/26/06, and subject to the following conditions:
1. A private easement between the two property owners must be obtained, reviewed and approved
by the Town Attorney.
2. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed.on the final approval plans.

Dear Fred:
I have reviewed the correcting warranty deed from Stanley R. Waldron to
Thomas and Sara Fraize, recorded in Volume 1172 at Page 252, as well as the deeds
and maps referenced in the description to said warranty deed. In the deed recorded in
Volume 114 at Page 197, Mr. Waldron specifically reserved a 50 foot right of way
across the property now or formally owned by Francis and Kimberly Parlapiano (also
known as parcel 50-9 on the assessor's map) for a number of purposes, including the
laying of utilities. This right of way extends to Mr. Waldron's successors and assigns.
Thus, Mr. and Mrs. Fraize have the right to run utilities for their home through the
designated right of way to Ellington Road as depicted on the plans submitted by Design
Professionals, Inc. dated 12/2/05 and revised to 1/26/06.
