Dear Messers Wolf and Guerra:
The Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission, through staff has approved minimum impact
application#06-37W—Mill on the River Minimal Impact Application, 989 Ellington Road. Inland
Wetland/Conservation Commission minimal impact application for the construction of a dining room
addition and grading within the upland review area(Assessor's Map#48,parcel#29. This approval is
subject to the following conditions:
1. The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor against any liability,
which might result from the proposed operation or use.
2. The permit is valid for five years and shall expire on August 2, 2011. It is the
landowner(s)/applicant(s)responsibility to track expiration dates and notify the Commission of a
renewal request at least 65 days prior to expiration.
3. All additional approvals required must be obtained and submitted prior to any activity on the site.
4. Proper erosion controls must be maintain throughout construction.
5. The applicant shall cause notice of the decision to be published in a daily newspaper having a
general circulation in the Town. The notice must be published within ten(10) days of the receipt
of the decision. The applicant must notify the Planning office of the date of publication and
fax or mail a copy of the published legal notice. Appeal of this decision may be brought to the
Agency within fifteen(15) days after the publication date of the notice.
