Response for Question #13:
1. Original application approved on November 14, 2005 approved an impervious
coverage of 53,2% instead of the 40%allowable in the zone. Due to a clerical error
in the existing lot size the impervious coverage is actually 56.72%. No change has
been made in the proposed building or site development plan from the original
application.
2: The proposed design for the building shows restoring a traditional gable roof onto the
exisiing structure. This will result in a two feet(2°-0")overhang can the part of the
existing building which is currently in the front yard. Therefore the Owner request$a
variance to allow the roof to be restored in order to restore it to a more historical
characters.
