Re: Sanitary Sewer Summer Meadow, South Windsor, Ct.
Dear Mr. Gerlt :
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority at its
regular -meeting on September 6, 1994, approved the -sanitary
sewerage system for Summer Meadow as detailed on a map entitled
Summer Meadow, Map #93015, Dated 8/1/94 and subject to the
following conditions :
1. The sewer line will be installed along the shoulder of
the road rather then in the center.
2 . Number and locations of manholes meets with approval of
Town Engineering.
3 . The easement to be given to the Town meets with approval
of Town staff and a copy of the easement is recorded in
the Town Clerk' s office.
4 . Town Engineering Technical approval obtained;
5 . Final authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary
sewerage connection will be given once the sewer has been
installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon
the written verification of the Town staff that said
sanitary sewer, was installed by the developer in
substantial conformance with the design plans previously
approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate ' technical specifications
relating to sanitary sewer construction; and

6 . This approval letter must be superimposed into the final
approval plans .
