Charbonneau 125 Edwin Road South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Appl. #2334-96 - Andre L. Charbonneau 1535 John Fitch Blvd. Dear Mr. Charbonneau: At the October 3, 1996 meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals, the Board approved your request for a variance to Section 10 . 4 . 1 to eliminate the 50 ' buffer requirement between commercial and residential zones, at property located at 1535 John Fitch Blvd. , RC and GC Zone. The Board concluded the hardship to be that since the applicant was already established on his commercial property when the property next to his was created into a residential zone, he should not have to create such a buffer. Also noted was that the residential property is also required to have a buffer. This action is effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense.
