To Whom It May Concern: At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on September 16, 1998, the Board approved your request for a 15' variance to Section 10.2 to allow a garage 5' from the property line at 882 Avery Street, RR Zone. The Board concluded the hardship on the property to be that the size of the lot, location of the house and the location of the existing driveway gives reasonable suggestion for a hardship on the property. The condition placed on this application is as follows: A turn around section of the driveway is necessary so vehicles can go in a forward motion when exiting the driveway because of the heavy traffic pattern on Avery Street. Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, require a building permit prior to start of construction. These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own expense.
