(MECO) will occupy a portion of the building located at 46 Schweir Rd. South Windsor, [t. While MECO may from time to time sell motor vehicles to the general public, it's primary use of a Used Auto Dealer License will be to obtain automobiles, direct from the automobile auction, for use in it's leasing operations. Currently the majority of MECO's auto leases are to it's affiliated companies, including the companies currently located at 46 Schweir Rd. in South Windsor.
