At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on October 9, 1997, the Board
denied your request for a use variance to Section 6.1.2 to allow a used car dealership in an industrial
zone;and a State Hearing under Section 14-55 and 3.13 of the zoning regulations for a used car
dealership at 305 Sullivan Avenue, I Zone.
The Board denied your request because the applicant was not represented at the public hearing to
represent this application.
