OF THE NAME AND LOGO,OF THE COMPANY, THE PROPOSED SIZE OF THE SIGN IS
REASONABLE AND NECESSARY TO HELP AVOID AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS IF THE
SIGN IS TO BE MADE ANY SMALLER.
THE COMPANY NAME AND IDENTIFICATION CONSISTS OF THE WORDS:

AND A LARGE OVERSHADOWING:

THESE TWO ELEMENTS IDENTIFY THE COMPANY AND APPEAR ON ALL STATIONARY,

MERVYN D. LENTZ of the Town of West Hartford, County of Hartford and State of
Connecticut, for consideration paid in the amount of $2,350,000.00 does hereby grant to
LAWRENCE GREENFIELD of the Town of West Hartford, County of Hartford and State of
Connecticut whose mailing address is 17 Visgrove,West Hartford, CT 06117 with WARRANTY
COVENANTS all that certain piece or parcel of land known as 85 South Satellite Road, South
Windsor, Connecticut, more particularly described on Schedule A attached hereto.
Said premises are conveyed subject to the following:
1. Building and building line restrictions of the Town of South Windsor, and any and all
provisions of any ordinance, municipal regulation, or public or private law.
2. A twenty foot (20') drainage easement located south of the building line.
3. A restriction that no structure shall be erected within eight feet, six inches (8' 6") of the
northerly line of said premises.
4. Second half of taxes on the List of October 1, 1996 and taxes on the List of October 1,
1997, which taxes the Grantee herein assumes and agrees to pay as part consideration for
this deed.
