RE: Appl. #2342-97 - Ben Zaino, 60 Stonegate Drive, Wethersfield, CT., two variances: 1)
a 12' variance to Section 10.2 to allow structure 38' from the property line; and 2) to
Section 10.2 to allow 70% impervious coverage on property located at 760 Sullivan Avenue,
GC Zone.
Dear Mr. Zaino:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on March 6, 1997, the Board denied
without prejudice your request for two variances: 1)a 12'variance to Section 10.2 to allow structure 38'
from the property line, and 2) to Section 10.2 to allow 70% impervious coverage on property located at
760 Sullivan Avenue, GC Zone.
The Board denied your request because there was not enough information presented at the Public Hearing
or in the application to clearly define all aspects of the structure being proposed
The Board would like to know the following information:
1. What materials are being used to construct the proposed expansion.
2. Where placement of any windows will be.
3. Where placement of any doors will be.
4. If any side walks or dumpster base will be constructed, which will increase the impervious
coverage.
5. The dimensions of the proposed expansion being constructed
6. An architectural drawing of the proposed expansion.
Mr. Ben Zaino
