RE: Appl. #2309-96 - Boat Works of South Windsor, Inc.
Dear Mr. Krivickas :
At the January 4 , 1996 meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of
Appeals , the Board approved with conditions your request for a variance
to Section 3 . 10 . 7 to allow the expansion of a non-conforming use
including an additional building and parking/storage area at 620
Sullivan Avenue, I zone.
The hardship noted is that the Zoning Regulations on uses allowed in
Industrial zones no longer include boat sales and service as it had when
you received site plan approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The condition placed on this application is that approval is
contingent on site plan approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
This action is effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town
Clerk's office at your own expense.
Very truly yours,
Robert W. Warren, Chairm n
