The hardships noted: 1 . Since the company is changing their name and there are two different companies occupying the same building, there should be some type of signage identifying them. 2 . Traffic safety - there is a high volume of cars on the road. Drivers may go by or try to stop quickly which would create a hazard to others if a sign is not posted. The condition placed on this application is the height of the total structure, from the ground to the top of the sign, to be limited to 9 feet. Any new building, or alterations/additions to existing buildings, require a building permit prior to start of construction.
