RE: Application #2230-95 - Shepard Pola, Inc .
185 Governors Highway
Dear Mr. Shepard:
At the January 5, 1995 meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of
Appeals, your request for a 7 ' variance to Section 10 .2 to allow an
entrance 28 ' from the front property line at property located at 192
Governors Highway was approved. The following hardships were noted:
1. Property is to close to road due to old zoning requirements .
2 . Doorway was moved from west to north side of building due to
extensive renovations to the inside of the building. At the
time of the transformations, the northern exposure which
causes a draft to the building was overlooked.
Any new building, or alterations/additions to existing buildings,
require a building permit prior to start of construction.
This action is effective January 5, 1995 and upon your filing of the
enclosed forms in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense.
Very truly yours,
Robert W. Warren, Chairman
Zoning Board of Appeals
