Schiebel dba Schiebel's General Contracting 180 Briarwood Drive Manchester, CT 06040 Dear Mr. Schiebel: Re: Application #2296-95, 559 Main Street, South Windsor At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on October 5, 1995, your request for a variance to section 10.2 of the Zoning Regulations to allow a sunroom to be constructed 15 ft from the property line on property located at 559 Main Street, A-40 zone was approved. The Board noted your hardship to be that there is no other location available to make the sunroom conform to setbacks because of the size of the property. Also, the sunroom can not be moved to the north because of a hatchway on the back of the house. Any new building or alterations/additions to existing buildings, require a building permit prior to start of construction. This action is effective upon your filing of the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense. Very truly yours, ;ZOIG BOARD/ OF APPEALS Robert W. Warren, Chairman RWW/pmm Enclosure cc: Chief Building Official Zoning/Wetland Enforcement Officer I, Robert W.
