RE: Appl. #2273-95 - Adventure Sports, 845 Sullivan Avenue
Dear Sir/Madam:
At the July 6, 1995 meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of
Appeals, the Board approved your request for a variance to Section
5 .2 .4 .4 to allow a second sign 85" x 29 " on the existing sign pole
at property located at 845 Sullivan Avenue, GC. Zone.
The hardship noted is that the location of the business is not
visible from the street. Since it would be non-conforming to have a
free standing second sign on the property, the Board felt this was
the best solution.
A condition placed on this application is that the revised design
submitted at the public hearing will be acceptable provided that the
location and size of the sign does not change from the previous
design submitted.
This action is effective July 6, 1995 and upon your filing the
enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense.
Very truly yours,
Robert W. Warren, Chairman
