This is to notify you that your application to the South Windsor
Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a two year temporary and
conditional permit to allow an in-law apartment on property located
at 107 Pine Knob Drive (A-20 Zone) , has been granted subject to the
following terms and conditions:
1. Permit is for a two (2) year maximum period.
2 . When addition is no longer used as a dwelling, kitchen is to
be removed and area must be converted into other living
space.
3. This is a family situation and approval does not make this
property income producing. If the family situation should
change, the home will have to be restored to a one-family
condition.
Any new building, or alterations/additions to existing buildings,
require a building permit prior to start of construction.
This action is effective August 3, 1995 . This permit will expire in
two years (August 3, 1997) and will have to be renewed at that time.
