At the February 9, 1981 meeting, the South Windsor Inland-

roposed Condominiums-Parkview South,
Hill and Ellington roads, South Windsor,
Connecticut.
The permit is based on the Plans entitled "Proposed Condominiums,
Parkvi6w South, Ellington Rd. and Sand Hill Rd. , South Windsor, Conn.
drawn by William O 'Neill, Fuss & O 'Neill, dated 1/27/81, revised 2/9/81.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be
valid:
1. The sequence of events listed belo1 must be implemented :
a. Place haybale checks along the brook.
b. Perform earth work such that a minimum area is disturbed
at any one time and the disturbed area is immediately
seeded,
c. Construct and seed detention basin.
d. Construct and landscape berm along Ellington Road and
, Sand Hill Road.
e. Install storm system.
f. Haybale checks shall be placed around storm drainage
catch basins.
g. All stockpiled material must be seeded immediately.
h. The silt shall be removed from the sedimentation
IN basin on .a regular basis.
2. The proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer.

At the March 16, 1981 meeting of the Conservation Commission,
your Conservation Plan for Parkview South Condominiums located on
Ellington Road and Sand Hill Road, South Windsor, Connecticut, was
approved.
This approval was based on the plans submitted and entitled
